The record is the proof.
Veronos is a record system for training you already do. It does not choose the work, prescribe exercise, or promise an outcome.
One session, one page.
Number the work as it happens. Record the date, focus, intended work, movement or activity, and what moved forward. Leave a field blank when it does not apply.
The page holds what memory usually loses: a modest, specific account of one completed session.
Pause at five checkpoints.
After sessions 10, 25, 50, 75, and 100, review the pages behind you. The checkpoint is not a score. It is a place to notice what became consistent and what continues from here.
Keep the completed record.
A finished ledger is evidence of practice, not proof of fitness, health, or a guaranteed result. It simply shows the work you chose and recorded.
