Veronos pieces are made to order. Here is what to do when an item is damaged, misprinted, or different from what you ordered.

Made-to-order products
Veronos products are produced to order through Fourthwall. Review the product, color, and size selection carefully before completing checkout.
Quality issues and incorrect orders
If an item arrives damaged, has a visible print or manufacturing issue, or does not match the ordered item, use the support route shown on the Fourthwall order page. Include the order number and clear photographs so the issue can be reviewed.
Fourthwall states that valid quality issues are eligible for a replacement or refund. Because products are made to order, returns or exchanges for preference, fit, or an incorrectly selected size are not generally available unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Order changes
If an address or order detail is wrong, contact Fourthwall support as soon as possible. Production can begin quickly, so a change or cancellation cannot be guaranteed after an order is placed.
Nothing on this page limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
